On June 7, she presented a paper “The Role of the State: Polish Political Emigration and Re-migration, 1960-2000” at an invited workshop on American Ethnicity and Ethnic Community Building in Krakow, Poland sponsored by the Institute of American Studies and Polish Diaspora at Jagiellonian University and the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences.
