Eva Kahana’s recent book, Disability and aging: learning from both to empower the lives of older adults, received Outstanding Academic Title recognition from Choice, the publishing unit for a division of the American Library Association. Choice publishes a prestigious list of Outstanding Academic Titles each year. The list is quite selective, with only 10% of some 6,000 works reviewed each year. Disability and Aging is coauthored with Eva’s son Jeffrey Kahana, and published by Lynne Rienner. Congratulations Eva! Read more here.
